Complete waste of money Garbage product

this is junk it never worked always says cannot connect to server

I set this app up as described an it worked the first time! No jumping out to the iphone email. Very nice. Well worth the price.

What more can i say? I stumbled and bumbled my way around in the dark trying to get FreeSMS up and running until a patient and very helpful guy (thanks Matt) got me up and running. Its so very rare that anyone would go this above and beyond but i was truly impressed. Not only that, he assisted me in correcting another iPhone issue totally unrelated to this app. Double "Thumbs Up, and thanks again Matt"!

I got this app for my iPod Touch and I love it! everytime im around wifi, which is almost all day, i can send texts and receive replies in my email! Its sooo cool, i love it. All my friends are amazed that i can send a text message from my iPod! I would definitely recommend this app to anybody who loves to text message and especially anybody who has an iPod Touch!!!

Program functions exactly as described. Matt was very helpful and replied promptly to help me set up the program.

Can they make an update for iPod touch

When I first got this I took 5 mins to ask support on set up and now it works great and I have free texting on my ipod touch, soooo... ask for help and dont give 1 stars.

You have to go back and fourth and back and fourth from email and the app.it gets so annoying

Didnt understand why it wouldnt send, but I had not change my settings. After that I was able to use this without a problem.!! Thanks matt.!

Uhm it doesnt let me send it and when i go to the email it still wont let me send it. Im clueless of how to change my settings. Can someone help me?

This is the best ever. The only thing is u have to change the settings within the app for it to work. There is a landscape keyboard which is another great thing

Its stupid you have to go to your email to get a reply theres a app thats set up like aim, thousand times better.

Can someone text me without hitting reply? Can two people, each using this program, text each other without either incurring charges from their provider?

I was running close to my limit this month on text so had to find a free text app. The only thing that was unclear which needs to be cleared up is that you CAN use your free Yahoo account to send and have your text push(ed) back to you. You just have to set the account up in your iPhone THEN make it your default mail account. Then on the Free SMS setup page just tic Use iPhone/iPod Email to ON. That was the only part that wasnt clear.

This app is cool; those of you who are getting problems have to set up the settings with a valid mail account and itll work. The only thing is that you gotta know which carrier the person youre texting uses; otherwise, they wont get the message.
